It is located in the Céramique district where the main entrance is also located. The Bonnefantenmuseum is an E-shaped building of four floors and a detached, landmark tower on the Meuse River. The entirely zinc-clad tower is famous and is called cupola. Aldo Rossi, the architect regarded the museum as a viewing factory. Every weekend there are free tours of the highlights of the collection (Saturdays) and exhibitions (Sundays) at 11:30 a.m. on presentation of a valid admission ticket. Reservations are not possible, max 20 people, full is full. In the museum café, located on the Maas side, you can enjoy delicious coffee, Limburg flan or a healthy lunch (soup, salads and richly filled sandwiches). With a sunny terrace on the Maas! The Bonnefantenmusuem is located at Avenue Céramique 250 in Maastricht and is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 11:00 to 17:00.
