Exploring Delden

From there, you’ll first cycle past the beautiful Twickel Estate, where you’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time. The forests, gardens, and historic buildings are impressive – feel free to get off your bike and take a stroll. Next, you’ll pass through the charming center of Delden. Here, you can enjoy quaint streets, lovely shops, and perhaps visit the Salt Museum or Museum No Hero. The route then continues along peaceful country roads toward Beckum and Bentelo, two picturesque Twente villages set in a traditional bocage landscape. Along the way, you’ll cycle past farms, meadows, and hedgerows. It’s the perfect route to completely unwind. Fancy a break? There are plenty of cozy spots for a coffee or lunch on a terrace.
